The Sales and
Management Team
Wind Associates is a sales force dedicated to covering our marketplace,
introducing a quality line of products, and developing strong customer
relations in order to build quality distribution for the manufacturers we
represent. Our primary focus is the direct solicitation of distributors.
Most internal management business functions of the company are coordinated
by our inside staff headquartered in the Seattle office.
Associates
Gene
Andrews joined Wind Associates, Inc.in 1992. Gene's sales and
marketing background in the
construction trade gave him the foundation to be one of
the best teachers and trainers amongst the
manufacturer reps in this industry today.Gene's
tenacious pursuit of new business and work ethics has
consistently made him one of our best.
John
Beers joined Wind Associates, Inc.in February of 1998. His eight
years as a territorial sales manager for
Flo-Pac has made him a
valuable asset to the company and to our distributors. John's youth and
ambition are
great assets to the corporation and have resulted
in significant new business being added. John's territory
emphasis is in Seattle, Portland, Anchorage, and
Hawaii.
Glen
Fick is the newest addition to the Wind Associates Team. Glen has
over 25 years of sales and sales
management experience. Glen merged his own
manufacturers’ representative firm, Marlin Marketing in October
of 2010. Before starting Marlin Marketing, Glen
spent 8 years as the Director of Sales for the west region for
LagasseSweet. Glen also spent 4 years selling
packaging with Wilkinson Manufacturing and 13 years in sales
and sales management with Sweetheart Cup.
Jerry
Getman is a principal of Wind Associates, Inc. Jerry merged his
manufacturer representative
organization with Wind Associates, Inc. in 1988.
His communication skills often make him the main liaison with
factory management. Jerry is exceptionally adept at
putting together and closing large pieces of business
with manufacturers and distributors. Jerry's
territory emphasis is in Seattle, Portland, and Anchorage.
Keith Kalouner joined Wind Associates, Inc. in May of
1996. One of Keith's previous positions was as a
Territory Manager for the 3M Co, and he possesses
all the qualities of an experienced sales professional. More
recently, Keith was the sales manager for two
large sanitary distributors: one in Seattle (15 years) and the
other in Anchorage (5 years). Keith's territory
emphasis is in Seattle, Spokane and Portland, Oregon.
Mike
Martin joined our team again in March 2010. Mike spends several days
a week in the office offering first
class customer service and several days a week in
the field visiting distributors. He brings with him 36 years of
experience in the JanSan industry. We're glad to
have him back.
Kimberly McKinnon joined Wind Associates in February of
2011. Kimberly brings 4 years of experience in
manufacturing of custom magnetic components for
medical, avionics and military power supplies. Her previous
experience includes several years in office
administration and customer service within the mortgage and
escrow industry.
Kaye
Moen joined our team in October 2003 and is our office manager. She
provides exceptional customer
service to our distributors and manufacturers
alike. Kaye works with Mike and Kimberly as part of the Wind
Associates office team. Together they provide
customer service and complete projects on a timely basis.
Dave Morrison is a third generation Manufacturer Rep. He
owned and managed R.A. Morrison & Sons for the
past 11 years. His decision to merge his business
into Wind Associates, Inc. happened in May 2001. Dave's
exceptional technology and interpersonal skills
have made him one of the most popular and productive reps in
the market today.
